One of our favorite things about spring is the colors – they’re everywhere! Pink peonies are in bloom, blue jays are flying around, and bright red apples are growing in the orchards. If you think you have to limit your outfit under your fur to neutrals, better think again. The blacks, greys, and browns are a beautiful canvas for color. Don’t be afraid! Here are some of the best colors to pair with your fur.

Red

All shades of red pair beautifully with fur, from ox blood to Vermilion. If you’re a minimalist with a wild side, pair your fur coat with a pair of bright red pumps or boots.

Yellow

Saffron yellow will add some subtle pop to your outfit without taking away from the beauty of the fur. You could layer yellow under your fur, or wear a yellow scarf over it.

Blue

You see a lot of navy and dark teals paired with fur, but not a lot of true blue. It’s a shame, because look how beautiful the combo is together! Go out and find a great blue dress or skirt for under your fur and you’ll feel like a Million bucks.
